Job Summary

Supporting purchase order and vendor management processes, the part-time PO Coordinator will coordinate PO requests, maintain budget trackers, and assist with vendor documentation in a fully remote contract role.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate PO requests, approvals, tracking, goods receipts, invoice resolution, and closeout activities
  • Maintain accurate budget trackers covering PO commitments, invoices, goods receipts, and remaining balances
  • Support vendor setup, MSA/SOW coordination, and compliance documentation while resolving PO and payment issues
Required qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through across PO and invoice processes
  • Experience with vendor documentation, MSA/SOW coordination, and proof of performance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or similar PO/vendor management system experience preferred
  • Effective communicator with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships independently
  • ET or CT time zone preferred
