• Collaborating with the social team to analyze performance metrics and adjust editing styles accordingly

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience editing video content for high-profile podcasts or YouTube channels
• Proven track record of producing episodes that rank in the top 5% of podcasts with significant downloads
• 3-5 years of experience editing specifically for vertical social platforms
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines
