Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full podcast production lifecycle, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing
• Create and distribute high-quality audio, video, and social media content
• Track performance metrics to inform content strategy and improvement

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; education in audio production or related field preferred
• 6-12 months of relevant experience in media, marketing, or content creation
• Ability to operate audio and video recording equipment and edit using professional software
• Familiarity with basic motion graphics and using analytics for content performance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
