Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer, Podcasts - Curiosity & Inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and prepare interviews, book guests, and manage recording sessions
• Provide editorial feedback and ensure timely production and distribution of podcasts
• Develop audience engagement strategies and collaborate with ad sales teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in content development and/or production in audio media
• Hands-on audio recording and editing skills, preferably in ProTools
• Experience across various podcast genres is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines independently
