Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and communication with podcast hosts and city teams
• Edit audio and video content for episodes, ensuring quality and narrative flow
• Create social media clips and engage with the podcast audience across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in audio and/or video production, preferably in a podcast or media environment
• Proficiency with Riverside, Descript, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong editorial sense and enthusiasm for local news and civic affairs
• Experience producing and editing social video content for platforms like YouTube and TikTok
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus
