Podcast Producer

Job Summary

Leading the development and production of weekly scripted true crime podcasts, the full-time Producer will manage day-to-day operations, conduct research, prepare hosts, and oversee workflows in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead production operations for a weekly scripted podcast and develop documentary series
• Conduct research, prepare comprehensive materials, and develop story pitches and episode concepts
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain editorial consistency and manage production schedules

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in podcast production, non-fiction documentaries, or related fields
• Proven ability to produce highly researched, narrative-driven content
• Strong writing skills with experience in creating scripts and editorial materials
• Experience in conducting interviews and working with on-air talent
• Familiarity with audio and video production software and workflows
