Job Summary

Managing the operational success of CT Media's flagship news commentary podcast, the full-time Podcast Producer will oversee all aspects from conception to publishing, collaborate with executive producers, and ensure engaging content while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own episodes from research and booking to recording and final edits, ensuring alignment with the show's vision
• Direct and manage talent, moderating conversations and coaching editors to translate written pieces into audio episodes
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising to enhance content reach and contribute to programming strategy for audience engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of podcast production experience
• Experience booking high-profile guests and creating content for various media
• Adept knowledge of news and a biblical worldview
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and work with dispersed teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for developing leaders
