Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end production of the podcast operation, the full-time Podcast Producer will source and book high-quality guests, manage production workflows, and ensure episodes are delivered smoothly and at a high editorial standard in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full production pipeline from guest outreach and scheduling through recording, post-production, publishing, and delivery
• Identify and secure compelling guests that align with audience and editorial goals
• Prepare briefing documents and episode structures to support hosts in delivering engaging conversations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in podcast or content production with multiple moving parts
• Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, calendars, and production schedules
• Strong editorial and research instincts for creating compelling content
• Ability to manage multiple episodes in production simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Active use of AI tools to support research and production efficiency
