Podcast Producer

Job Summary

Creative and self-motivated, the Podcast Producer will develop and produce original shows for FP Studios, managing all stages of podcast production, including researching topics, booking guests, and editing audio, while working in a hybrid environment that allows for remote applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Research and pitch story ideas while organizing the production schedule for multiple shows
• Schedule and produce interviews, source talent, and edit episodes on deadline
• Coordinate production logistics and collaborate with partners and other FP departments

Required qualifications

• At least four years of experience in audio production or show production
• Strong writing and editing skills with a passion for storytelling
• Familiarity with audio editing software, such as Hindenburg
• A keen sense of current events and a voracious appetite for news
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
