Job Summary

A company is looking for a Podcast Long-Form Video Editor.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire long-form editing process for 1-2 YouTube episodes per week, including multi-cam assembly, story editing, and sound mixing
• Lead creative execution by incorporating dynamic B-roll, ad insertions, motion graphics, and sound design
• Analyze episode performance and iterate on editing techniques to improve audience retention and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience editing long-form video content specifically for video podcasts
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, pacing, and technical skill in podcast editing
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics
• Deep knowledge of YouTube as a platform, including analytics and audience retention
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, ClickUp (or similar PM tools), and Google Drive & G-Suite
