Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare account management, with podiatry specialty experience
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with RCM software and payer portals
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
• 3+ years of experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions
