Point of Sale Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Point of Sale and Chargeback Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical thinking to review chargebacks and sales tracings data
• Manage operational relationships with distributors and oversee end-to-end POS and chargeback processes
• Implement solutions to improve data quality and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with four years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with seven years of relevant experience
• Minimum of three years of experience managing relationships with large distributors in the medical industry
• Green Belt certification and experience with LEAN methodologies
• Knowledge of pricing discrepancies, chargeback claims resolution, and order management systems
• Experience with SAP/Vistex, Salesforce, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
