Job Summary
Responsible for administering and optimizing the Point of Sale Systems, the full-time remote Point of Sale Systems Administrator will manage system configurations, support user adoption, and enhance operational workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the company's POS and related sales technology platforms
- Manage system configuration, including templates, workflows, and user roles to ensure compliance and alignment with business processes
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in mortgage operations, sales technology, or system administration
- Hands-on experience with mortgage technology platforms such as nCino or Encompass
- Experience in system implementations, enhancements, or release management activities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
