Job Summary
Coordinating permitting activities for construction projects, the full-time Pole Permitting Coordinator will manage permit requirements with various agencies, ensuring timely approvals and communication with the OSP Construction Team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate permitting activities and determine necessary permits based on direction from OSP Construction
- Interact daily with agencies to obtain approvals and manage permit applications and responses
- Monitor project timelines and communicate the status of each permit to ensure alignment with construction schedules
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with permitting in multiple states preferred
- Experience working in multidiscipline and cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving aptitude required
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external agencies required
