Job Summary
Coordinating permitting activities for construction projects, the full-time remote Pole Permitting Coordinator will manage permit requirements with various agencies, ensuring timely approvals and communication with the OSP Construction Team.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate permitting activities and determine necessary permits for construction projects
- Interact daily with agencies to obtain approvals and submit permit applications in a timely manner
- Monitor and track permit packages, ensuring alignment with the construction schedule
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with permitting in multiple states preferred
- Experience working in multidiscipline and cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required
- Able to interact with all levels of the organization and external agencies
