Job Summary

Coordinating permitting activities for construction projects, the full-time remote Pole Permitting Coordinator will manage permit requirements with various agencies, ensuring timely approvals and communication with the OSP Construction Team.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate permitting activities and determine necessary permits for construction projects
  • Interact daily with agencies to obtain approvals and submit permit applications in a timely manner
  • Monitor and track permit packages, ensuring alignment with the construction schedule
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with permitting in multiple states preferred
  • Experience working in multidiscipline and cross-functional teams preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required
  • Able to interact with all levels of the organization and external agencies
