Job Summary
A company is looking for a Policy Administrator responsible for managing policy-related tasks and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Owner's and Lender's policies for multiple states and serve as a liaison between the policy team and agents
- Review documentation for policy issuance and perform update searches as needed
- Upload and deliver completed policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a title or closing company, with policy typing experience preferred
- Ability to work under general supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with ResWare or similar closing software preferred
- Strong customer service skills are required
