Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Administrator responsible for managing policy-related tasks and ensuring compliance with service agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue Owner's and Lender's policies for multiple states and serve as a liaison between the policy team and agents
  • Review documentation for policy issuance and perform update searches as needed
  • Upload and deliver completed policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a title or closing company, with policy typing experience preferred
  • Ability to work under general supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with ResWare or similar closing software preferred
  • Strong customer service skills are required
