Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive necessary changes due to payer or healthcare reform updates and collaborate across departments
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership on high-impact policy issues and project management efforts
• Coordinate meetings with Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare systems for policy discussions and interpretations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Communications, or related field
• Willingness to secure coding certification if appropriate for the position
• Three (3) years of experience in policy interpretation and accountability in a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of project management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
