Policy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration's RISE Implementation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the impact of policy changes on business processes, staffing models, and governance structures
• Support the development of assessment tools and summarize findings from stakeholder interviews
• Coordinate efforts to ensure policy compliance during implementation and track issues related to regulatory constraints

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in policy analysis and research
• Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, or a related field
• Consulting experience with large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
