Policy Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting governance and policy development for a large-scale stakeholder engagement contract, the full-time Policy Analyst will draft and maintain governance documents related to information security, privacy, and user-access management, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, with remote work anticipated and occasional travel for client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement agreements, MOUs, and other policy documents
• Facilitate stakeholder actions by drafting, updating, and revising policy and governance documents
• Maintain governance documents and a Compliance Artifact Dashboard, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of policy or governance support experience in a federal IT or information-sharing environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Familiarity with FISMA, privacy, and data governance frameworks
• Experience supporting complex projects within the federal government
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination
