Policy and Practice Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy and Practice Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the Policy and Practice Facility and ensure effective delivery of technical assistance to country child projects
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration to support programmatic alignment and provide technical assistance on key topics
• Organize training and capacity building activities while promoting knowledge sharing and advocacy relevant to thematic areas

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Economics, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Urban Development/Planning, or related field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience related to international cooperation with Small Island Developing States
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in developing guidance materials and managing knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of another UN language is an asset
