Job Summary
A company is looking for a Policy & Procedure Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage policy and procedure database, ensuring standards for structure, content, and format
- Provide quarterly Policy & Procedure review reports to relevant departments
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for new and changing business processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in medical/dental claim processing or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and internal computer systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
- Experience in call center and health insurance preferred
