Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy & Procedure Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage policy and procedure database, ensuring standards for structure, content, and format
  • Provide quarterly Policy & Procedure review reports to relevant departments
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for new and changing business processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in medical/dental claim processing or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and internal computer systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
  • Experience in call center and health insurance preferred
