Policy Associate, Medicare

Job Summary

Joining the Medicare Value-Based Care team, the full-time Policy Associate will manage project activities, support stakeholder education on value-based care policies, and assist in developing technical documentation, all while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing projects to ensure alignment with Medicare policy timelines and priorities, including developing schedules and supporting meeting planning
• Coordinate educational tasks for health care stakeholders regarding value-based care policy requirements and best practices
• Support the development and maintenance of technical specifications and written materials that facilitate health care innovations in the Medicare program

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public policy, humanities, or a health-related field, with 0 - 3 years of work experience
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-directed with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent management, coordination, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with exposure to qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
• Interest in Medicare, health policy, value-based care, or government consulting
