Policy Associate Principal

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Policy Associate Principal, the role focuses on Medicare, Medicaid, and drug pricing policy, requiring the candidate to serve as a subject matter expert, generate strategic recommendations for clients, and lead project execution while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key subject matter expert on Medicare, Medicaid, and drug pricing policy issues
• Generate strategic and tactical recommendations that align with client needs
• Lead project execution, managing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery to clients

Required qualifications

• A degree in public health, public policy, political science, or a relevant discipline; a graduate degree is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare consulting
• Deep knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid policy, including key drug pricing reforms
• Proven project management and leadership experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
