Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Change Senior Associate AH.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily production targets of policy changes
• Deliver customer service through phone, email, and written communication
• Perform basic risk assessments and develop an understanding of state regulations for policy changes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance and customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with policy change processes and various system platforms
• Experience with life insurance and complex health policies preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
