Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Change Senior Associate AH.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily production targets of 35 health and life policy changes
• Deliver customer service through phone, email, and written communication
• Perform basic risk assessments and ensure compliance with state regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance
• Familiarity with policy change processes and various system platforms
• Experience with life insurance and complex health policies preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
