Policy Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the U.S. Policy Communications Lead, the part-time Policy Communications Specialist will drive cross-functional collaboration, coordinate communications efforts, and develop internal and external communication materials in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support team coordination and organizational initiatives for the U.S. Policy Communications Lead
• Act as a liaison between regional communications leads and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Develop and edit various communication materials, including press releases, messaging frameworks, and executive presentations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative communications environment
• Strong project coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience working with media and drafting press materials
