Policy Consultant

Job Summary

To support a large-scale policy governance initiative, the part-time Policy Consultant will lead the migration and modernization of approximately 500 policies and procedures into a new governance platform while ensuring alignment with updated business processes in a fully remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conversion and migration of approximately 500 policies and procedures into a new policy governance system
• Review, revise, and enhance policies to align with new operational processes and technology implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Policy Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or related disciplines within Financial Services
• Strong expertise in policy and procedure writing, editing, and documentation
• Experience supporting large-scale policy remediation or transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and governance best practices
• Experience with policy management systems and governance platforms is highly preferred
