Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Contract Specialist responsible for handling and processing inforce illustration requests and non-financial transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process non-financial transactions related to life and annuity products with accuracy and quality
• Build strong relationships with clients and financial professionals to ensure exceptional service
• Collaborate with business partners to meet client expectations and resolve issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Experience with individual life insurance and/or annuity products
• Ability to navigate multiple administrative systems and tools
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational best practices
