Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist in Policy Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform prospective and/or retrospective drug utilization review and appeals
Provide prior-authorization services for formulary drugs and develop programs for optimal pharmacy care
Collaborate with clinical personnel in assessing treatment guidelines and participate in formulary development and management

Required Qualifications:

Current and in good standing Registered Pharmacist license
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Strong drug product and clinical pharmacy knowledge
Experience reviewing clinical trials
Strong Oncology experience preferred
