Policy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Director to expand its influence in early childhood and K-12 education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of a company-wide policy agenda at federal and state levels
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with policymakers and advocacy groups to influence system-level change
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate policy insights into actionable strategies for product and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnership development, policy engagement, or education systems work
• Proven track record of cultivating strategic relationships with policymakers or organizational decision-makers
• Experience analyzing policy landscapes and interpreting education funding trends
• Bachelor's degree in public policy, education, early childhood education, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with U.S. early childhood education systems and quality improvement frameworks
