Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Director.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for OPTN policy development and implementation activities
Serve as the primary policy liaison to HRSA and key stakeholders on substantive policy matters
Oversee the development and approval of policy products, ensuring alignment with federal expectations

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in public policy, health policy, healthcare administration, law, or a related field
10+ years of experience in health policy or healthcare program leadership
Demonstrated experience supporting federal healthcare programs
Deep knowledge of organ procurement and transplantation policy preferred
Experience working with multi-stakeholder committees
