Policy Education Lead

Job Summary

Leading the development and delivery of OPTN policy education materials and committee training resources, the full-time Policy Education Lead will translate complex content into accessible education products while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of the OPTN Policy Education Plan and Committee Training and Onboarding Plan
• Create and update education and training materials using HRSA-provided baseline resources, ensuring clarity and accessibility
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of materials while managing review cycles and version control

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, healthcare education, or related fields
• Experience in developing and maintaining training materials for complex audiences
• Proficiency with software tools such as Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to develop Section 508 compliant materials and manage collaborative review workflows
