Policy Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Business Policy Acceleration Council, the remote Policy Enablement Manager will manage the translation of policy decisions into actionable communications and enablement materials, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the BPAC operating model and maintain centralized policy documentation
• Develop clear messaging for policy changes and serve as a liaison to ensure consistent understanding across organizations
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on policy implications and support adoption through structured communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in communications, business operations, program coordination, or change enablement
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Exposure to policy-driven or governance environments preferred
• Understanding of change management principles and how to support adoption across diverse teams
