Policy Forms Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Forms Analyst II to manage forms within the Personal Lines team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and implement policy insurance forms while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for form-related product changes and assist in creating policy form language
• Research state insurance laws and monitor claim activity to identify trends and ensure adherence to policy guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines, underwriting, or related fields
• Experience with drafting policy form language and familiarity with ISO forms is preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Word, Adobe, Nitro, and Excel
