A company is looking for a Policy Intelligence Manager to monitor and analyze policy developments impacting the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Track federal and state legislation and regulations affecting healthcare policies
• Prepare policy summaries and impact assessments for leadership and product teams
• Translate complex policy information into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, or regulatory analysis
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA regulatory frameworks
• Experience in tracking and analyzing federal and state healthcare legislation
• Ability to synthesize complex policy information into clear insights
