Key Responsibilities

Implement and enforce policies across Mixed Reality App Review workflows
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to enhance content safety and quality
Analyze content trends and conduct complex app reviews, managing escalations and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in policy, integrity/trust, and safety scaled operations
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
Experience documenting complex bugs and collaborating with technical and non-technical audiences
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with industry trends and best practices
