Policy Process Support Director

Job Summary

To support the modernization of policy development for the national organ transplant system, the full-time remote Policy Process Support Director will provide expert guidance on policy activities, manage workflows, and ensure effective implementation of policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on policy support activities and interpret relevant statutes and regulations
• Serve as a key contact with government representatives and stakeholders on policy-related matters
• Oversee the development and quality assurance of policy deliverables to align with program objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience
• Master's degree in public health, health policy, law, or a related field
• Experience in OPTN/transplant policy or federal health regulations preferred
