Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Processing Representative responsible for processing policy-related transactions and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Handle inquiries from policyholders and agents, providing timely information
• Assist with underwriting tasks, including risk assessment and premium calculation

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology
• 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Ability to maintain quality and accuracy in output
• Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
