Policy Processing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Processing Representative to efficiently process policy-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process policy applications, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and timely
• Issue policy documents and handle inquiries from policyholders and agents
• Assist with underwriting tasks, including risk assessment and premium calculation

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word
• Familiarity with core business systems and applications
• SQL knowledge is a plus
