Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Policy Quality Enablement professional to support quality outcomes and payment practices through policy development and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support governance and communication of clinical and operational claim and payment policies
  • Lead cross-functional change management initiatives and track multiple work streams
  • Coordinate cost-benefit analyses and funding tracking for strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or equivalent program management training
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex, multi-project environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS SharePoint
  • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
