- Review Code of Conduct reports to determine actionable tickets
- Create and investigate Jira tickets for actionable reports
- Send outreach to violating subreddits and escalate non-compliant cases to the CoC team
Qualifications
- Adept at conducting in-depth platform investigations
- Familiarity with Reddit
- Recognizes when escalation is necessary
- Bonus: Familiarity with Jira and Zendesk
