Key Responsibilities:

• Modify and implement billing systems based on policy amendments and renewals
• Provide superior customer service and communicate policy information effectively to stakeholders
• Work on baseline complexity billing and policy plans, ensuring accuracy in billing documents

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Associate's degree in business or a related field
• Aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Ability to evaluate requests and generate insurance billing documents
• Capability to work independently with minimal guidance after initial training
