Policy Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Owner Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all forms for accuracy and completeness, follow up on pending requests, and serve as a liaison between agents/brokers and insurance carriers
• Determine the best way to process in-force policy requests, verify correct forms, and provide ongoing status updates to agents/brokers
• Accurately document, track, and update case-specific data, work on miscellaneous administrative tasks, and process incoming and outgoing mail

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and one to three months of related experience and/or training
• Working knowledge of Internet software and Microsoft applications
• Ability to learn new software applications and stay abreast of state and federal regulations as well as carrier requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills
