Job Summary

To ensure client satisfaction with policy content and platforms, the remote Professional Services Specialist will manage projects, assist clients in customizing their policy manuals, and provide training and support while adhering to established timelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation process of policy updates, managing timelines and resources effectively
  • Provide expert guidance on policy editing decisions and ensure compliance with legal guidelines
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on software usage and maintain thorough documentation of client interactions
Required qualifications
  • Public Safety leadership experience with a minimum of first-line leadership experience
  • Two or more years of public safety agency policy management and editing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience developing and managing complex, long-term projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and common internet resources
