Job Summary
Supporting Ads & Monetization Operations, the full-time remote Policy Support Specialist will manage policy enforcement operations, partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations, and enhance workflows while ensuring adherence to monetization policies.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ads and monetization policies, guiding global operations teams in decision-making
- Support vendor and operations teams with training, quality initiatives, and enforcement guidance
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency through process enhancements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations related to ad review, content moderation, or policy enforcement
- Proven ability to develop workflows and improve processes to address operational challenges
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing priorities independently
- Fluency in English; familiarity with tools like Salesforce or SQL is a plus
