Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Support Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced, high volume production environment to make complex billing changes and set up paper and electronic files for complex cases
  • Provide superior customer service by answering inquiries, responding to written correspondence, and assisting customers in resolving billing inquiries and other issues
  • Provide complex administrative support for the customer service department, including contract mail outs, certificate request processing, and processing address changes
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to use Microsoft Teams and other voice technology to communicate with customers
  • Ability to provide complex administrative support for the customer service department, including contract mail outs, certificate request processing, and processing address changes
