Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High School education/GED required with a minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products required
• Insurance or medical background preferred
• Ability to effectively relay complex insurance information in understandable terms
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
