Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Policyholder Services Representative will respond to inbound inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure adherence to service guidelines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting policyholders with inquiries and complaints through phone and written communication
  • Efficiently process documentation, including updates to customer contact and policy information
  • Meet or exceed established productivity and quality metrics while ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy laws
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
