Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Operator - Polish and English Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurants in Poland to introduce the delivery platform
• Complete notes from calls into a designated sheet

Required Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in English and Polish languages
• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in food delivery or hospitality
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
• Previous experience in linguistic auditing or translation is a plus
