Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the full-time Political Affairs Operations Coordinator will manage project tracking, budget monitoring, and contract administration while working remotely on a fixed-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer contracts for consultants, ensuring compliance and timely invoice submissions
- Maintain and monitor the budget in collaboration with team management and mission finance
- Coordinate activities and projects, prepare correspondence and reports, and manage calendars and travel arrangements for program leadership
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field with at least 3 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
- Excellent project support, contract management, and administration skills
- Experience with budgeting, accounting, and/or bookkeeping is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Emburse and/or NetSuite is a bonus
- Interest in environmental advocacy is strongly preferred
